Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM qualified with knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise applications, identifying and resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth business operations.

The role also involves applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes, solve business challenges, and improve enterprise workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI technologies to automate processes and improve business operations.
- Work independently and develop expertise in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents.
- Help develop and implement application support best practices.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure smooth business operations.




- Communicate with stakeholders and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Document technical solutions and share knowledge with team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Positive understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Evaluation Frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business requirements while ensuring scalability and responsible usage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
