Main Skill - ITSM, CSM, FSM.

Design, develop (configure, customize) ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions : Work Order Mgmt., Intelligent Scheduling & Dispatch, Mobile Work Execution,

Configure and customize FSM workflows, Mobile Ecosystem, SAP

Experience handling and maintaining CMDB foundational data for WSD related facility assets

Development hands-on around both Server-side and Client-side scripting, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, xml, html, Jelly Scripting, CSS.

Platform Best Practices experience: Code Promotion, Data migration, CI/CD release pipeline, Code Quality (Health Reports)

Hands on knowledge on unit testing, system integration testing, UAT facilitation, and client specific testing using manual or ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Certifications: CSA, CAD
