Job Summary

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform development, scripting, integrations and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure and customise ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC or other relevant modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and UI Policies.
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP integrations with external applications.
- Work with Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB and platform configurations.
- Implement ACLs, roles and access controls.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts and optimise platform performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills




- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
- Flow Designer and Workflow Automation.
- GlideRecord, GlideAjax and Glide APIs.
- REST API and SOAP integrations.
- Service Catalog, UI Policies and ACLs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules:

- ITSM

- CSM

- IRM/GRC

- ITAM
- CMDB and Service Portal experience.
- IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow ATF.
- Now Assist or Agentic AI exposure.
- CSA or CIS certifications.

Candidate Requirements
- 38 years of overall IT experience, with relevant ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on implementation and customisation experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on development, enhancements and integrations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
