Sampack India Corporation is looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager to manage and oversee the complete service operations of food packaging machinery in the Coimbatore region. The candidate will be responsible for managing service technicians, handling customer complaints, coordinating service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all service operations across the Coimbatore region.
- Handle and monitor customer service calls, complaints, and technical issues.
- Coordinate and allocate service technicians for customer visits and machine maintenance.
- Monitor installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of food packaging machines.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain service quality.
- Manage spare parts inventory, service tools, and technical requirements.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor technicians' daily activities, attendance, performance, and service reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service engineers and technicians.




- Coordinate with the sales, stores, and management teams for smooth service operations.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, customer feedback, and pending service records.
- Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of all customer service issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in service management or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of machinery servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling food packaging machinery will be preferred.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and handle multiple customer service requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of spare parts management and service operations.

Preferred Candidate An experienced candidate who can independently manage the complete service department, lead the technical team, handle customer service operations, and take responsibility for overall service performance in the Coimbatore region. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
