ServiceNow AI/ Now Assist expert

- Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and guiding technology-driven initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Develop, script, and implement technical solutions in ServiceNow, including exploring and integrating AI capabilities such as Now-Assist.
- Cross-Platform Technical Knowledge: Maintain a broad technical understanding beyond ServiceNow to effectively communicate and collaborate across disciplines.
- Communication & Presentation: Explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and craft compelling PowerPoint presentations and documentation.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively explore emerging technologies, particularly AI, to suggest innovative solutions that enhance business processes and impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, contributing your expertise as an effective technical collaborator and influencer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow automation, and AI capability integration (Now Assist).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas into actionable insights for varied audiences.
- Advanced presentation skills, including effective PowerPoint generation and delivery.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and implement technology-driven opportunities.
