Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of gym and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will oversee service technicians, ensure high-quality customer support, manage service operations, and maintain optimal performance of fitness machines across client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise service technicians and field engineers

- Plan and coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of gym equipment

- Ensure timely resolution of service calls and breakdowns

- Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction

- Schedule service visits and manage technician workloads

- Provide technical guidance and training to service staff

- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally

- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation

- Coordinate with sales, spare parts, and operations teams

- Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools

- Support warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (preferred)

- 3–7 years of experience in servicing gym equipment, fitness machines, or similar machinery

- Strong technical knowledge of treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, and cardio equipment

- Leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

- Ability to travel to client sites as required

- Basic computer skills (service software, reports, email)

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with commercial gym equipment brands

- Warranty handling, and service contracts

- Experience managing field service teams

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
