1. Install, commission, and maintain machines and equipment at customer locations.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
3. Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot equipment problems.
4. Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
5. Conduct machine inspections and performance testing.
6. Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
8. Coordinate with the technical and production teams for spare parts and repairs.
9. Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
10. Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Should have Pharma Background . Liquid filling line machine ,Powder filling line machine .
