Install and commission machines at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, diagnose mechanical faults and identify root causes. Handle machine assembly, dismantling, alignment and adjustments.
Inspect, repair and replace mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, gears, belts, chains and couplings. Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems wherever applicable. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and machine manuals.
Conduct machine trials and performance checks. Attend customer complaints and provide technical solutions. Prepare service reports and maintain service records. Coordinate with Design, Production, Electrical and Spare Parts teams.
Travel to customer locations as required.
