Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV and electronic security systems at client sites.

The candidate should be willing to travel to project locations, coordinate with customers, prepare service reports, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning

- Install, configure, test, and commission ELV and electronic security systems.
- Work on Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV cameras, wireless communication equipment, access control systems, and related devices.
- Assist in system integration and project execution activities.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.
- Identify faults and troubleshoot hardware, wiring, cabling, and system configuration issues.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.

3. Site Coordination

- Visit customer sites for installation, inspection, maintenance, and breakdown support.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, project engineers, and internal service teams.
- Ensure all assigned jobs are completed within the specified timeline.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare daily service reports, job completion reports, and maintenance records.
- Submit site photographs, service checklists, and other required documents.
- Maintain proper records of materials, tools, and equipment used at project sites.

5. Customer Support





- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the senior engineering team.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, access control, or wireless communication will be an advantage.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand technical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and project locations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Candidates with experience in ELV systems, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, or industrial projects will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work at different customer and project locations as required.

Pay: ₹14,800.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
