Key Responsibilities

- Installation &
- Commissioning:

Set up, test, and start-up industrial boilers, thermal heaters, gas/oil burners, and auxiliary fuel-firing systems.

- Maintenance &

- Inspection:

Conduct routine preventive and breakdown maintenance, check for mechanical wear, inspect valves/seals/flues, and clean scale or combustion debris.

- Troubleshooting &

- Repair:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and combustion malfunctions, perform root-cause analysis, and replace faulty components (pumps, blowers, sensors, safety valves).

- Calibration &

- Controls:

Adjust fuel-air ratios, pressure controls, temperature settings, and interface with PLC/DCS automation systems.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Ensure adherence to local boiler regulations, safety codes (such as ASME, NFPA, IBR, or OSHA), and site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.

- Documentation: Prepare service reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk assessments, and maintenance logs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
