The Service Advisor is the main link between fleet owners/drivers and the service workshop. They manage vehicle check-ins, diagnose heavy vehicle issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure customers are updated and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Check-In & Diagnosis: Greet drivers, listen to vehicle problems, inspect trucks/buses, and open job cards with accurate details.
- Estimates & Approvals: Coordinate with technicians to estimate repair costs, time, and parts, then get customer approval.
- Repair Tracking: Monitor work on the shop floor to ensure vehicles are fixed and delivered on time.
- Billing & Delivery: Explain final invoices, review completed work, and hand the vehicle back to the customer.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
