Job Summary

Annai Motors is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The Service Advisor will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating repairs, and ensuring an excellent service experience for Royal Enfield customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer complaints.
- Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
- Provide customers with service estimates and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Update customers on vehicle repair status and expected delivery times.
- Conduct vehicle delivery and explain completed work to customers.
- Promote periodic maintenance services, accessories, and extended warranty programs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.




- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow Royal Enfield service standards and dealership procedures.
- Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and service procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team coordination and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership or automobile service center.
