We are seeking a technically strong and hands-on Server & Cloud Infrastructure Lead with 5+ years of relevant experience in managing and supporting enterprise Hybrid Infrastructure environments.

The candidate should possess robust practical experience in Microsoft Azure, Windows/Linux Server Administration, Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Security, Identity & Access Management, and Automation.

The role will be responsible for ensuring availability, security, performance, and operational excellence across on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments while supporting modernization and automation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

- Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Services (Mandatory)
- Hybrid Infrastructure (On-Premises + Azure)
- Windows Server Administration




- Linux Administration (RHEL / Ubuntu)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- VMware vSphere / Hyper-V / Nutanix AHV
- Enterprise Backup Solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik or equivalent)
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) Fundamentals
- Infrastructure Security & Server Hardening Fundamentals
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Performance Management
- Automation using Terraform / PowerShell / Python / Ansible (any one or more)
