About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO & Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing advertising campaigns, generating quality business leads and improving online visibility through organic and paid marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute SEO activities, including On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate quality business leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Prepare regular reports on SEO rankings, ad performance and lead generation.





Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation through paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of keyword research, campaign planning and ad optimization.
- Understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Important Requirement Candidates must have practical experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and generating actual leads. Only theoretical knowledge of advertising platforms will not be sufficient.

Eligibility

- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates from Surat are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working from our Surat office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
