About the Role

We are looking for a Technical SEO Developer to own our inbound organic lead pipeline. You won't just write blog posts—you will build high-speed landing pages, deploy programmatic SEO strategies, and code interactive lead generation tools to capture web development clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical SEO & Performance: Optimize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and structured data (Organization, Service, CaseStudy schemas).
- High-Intent Landing Pages: Build and optimize pages targeting commercial queries (e.g., Headless CMS Migration, Custom Web App Agency).
- Programmatic SEO (pSEO): Generate scalable, high-quality programmatic service and industry pages.
- Lead Tooling & CRO: Develop interactive audit widgets, project cost calculators,



and high-converting CTAs to turn visitors into sales leads.

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in technical SEO and frontend development (HTML/CSS, JS, WordPress).
- Proven track record of boosting organic inbound leads for B2B or agency services.
- Solid mastery of Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Schema markup.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead funnel tracking.
