Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, based on business and operational requirements.
- Design complex Calculated Fields and reporting solutions using Workday business objects, data sources, reporting frameworks, and security configurations.
- Gather reporting requirements, translate them into scalable application solutions, and provide technical recommendations across HCM and Finance processes.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, production defects, and post-production incidents while maintaining solution quality and data accuracy.
- Support Workday implementations, integrations, biannual release impact analysis, enhancements, testing, deployment,



and production support activities.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in Workday development, reporting, and application support.
- Hands-on experience in Workday application development and Workday HCM.
- Robust Workday reporting expertise, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, and data sources.
- Practical experience supporting Finance and HCM solutions, with expertise in at least two Workday functional modules.
- Experience with reporting validation, testing, production troubleshooting, integrations, release impact analysis, and post-production support.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Workday Financials.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
