Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong experience in Next.js, React, Angular, and WordPress to lead the development of complex web applications, define front-end architecture, optimize website performance, and mentor development teams while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using React/Next.js and Angular

- Define front-end architecture, folder structure, state management, and coding standards for projects

- Oversee WordPress projects end to end, including custom theme and plugin development

- Design and implement REST APIs and third-party integrations, ensuring security and reliability

- Drive website performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals, caching, lazy loading, and SSR/SSG strategies in Next.js

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and share best practices

- Collaborate with design, project management, and client teams to scope requirements and estimate project effort

- Troubleshoot critical production issues and lead root-cause analysis

- Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and deployments

Required Skills

- Strong, proven experience with Next.js (React) and Angular in production projects





- Advanced WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, and performance tuning

- Deep experience with REST API design, integration, and third-party services

- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills

Good to Have

- Experience with headless CMS setups, such as headless WordPress with Next.js

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and hosting platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or cPanel-based servers

- E-commerce development experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms

- Knowledge of SEO, web security best practices, and analytics tools

- Prior experience leading a small team or managing multiple client projects

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)

- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT

- Experience with OpenAI API, AI-powered UI development, and AI integrations

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- 6-8 years of qualified web development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role
