We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Cloud Data

Platforms and Project Delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a techno-functional background with experience managing large-scale Data & Analytics projects, leading cross-functional teams and engaging with business stakeholders and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Handle project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, risks and dependencies.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead cloud data modernization, data migration, data warehousing and analytics initiatives.

Manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, Architects and Business Analysts.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and release delivery.

Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations and executive reporting.

Ensure project governance, delivery quality and successful implementation.

Required Technical Skills

Azure Data Platform ADF, ADLS, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL.

Databricks PySpark, Delta Lake.

Snowflake and SQL Server.

Power BI and Python.

MLOps and Data Science Lifecycle.

Data Warehousing, Data Modelling and ETL/ELT.

Azure DevOps.

Solid understanding of Data Engineering, Data Analytics and BI project delivery.

Project Management Skills

Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

Project Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Resource Management.





Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency (RAID) Management.

Stakeholder, Vendor and Executive Management.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet or ServiceNow.

Experience & Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Project / Program Management.

Experience delivering large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, BI and Data Science projects.

Strong experience in Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies.

Experience managing cloud migration and data modernization programs.

Understanding of the Data Science lifecycle, including model development, validation, deployment and operationalization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Applications, Data Science or a related field.

Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills.

Good to Have

Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, Generative AI / LLMs, MLOps, Data Governance and Metadata Management.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Microsoft Azure, SnowPro or Databricks certifications.
