Job Responsibilities:

- Reports to Sourcing VP who is managing a group of categories within global sourcing organization.

- Develop and implement category strategies that drive cost savings, quality improvements, supplier performance enhancements and ensure continuity of supply.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, operations, and logistics to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

- Run efficient RFQ processes, conduct complex contract negotiations with suppliers, supplier management, risk management, problem solving and resolution, change management and drive for results

- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking,



and supplier assessments to meet business needs or to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.

- Lead supplier negotiations and contract development to secure the best possible pricing and terms.

- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and scorecards to monitor and improve supplier performance.

- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in the sourcing process to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with legal team to develop and execute framework agreements that meet business needs and comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure that all contract amendments, renewals, and terminations are managed effectively and efficiently.
