Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished, high-caliber recruiting qualified to spearhead end-to-end recruitment across our Engineering & Product Management verticals.

In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership—including VPs, Engineering leader and Heads of Product. You will bridge business roadmaps with proactive talent intelligence, deliver full-funnel hiring excellence, and uphold strict SLAs without compromising on candidate experience or bar-raising quality. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical recruitment domain expertise with sharp executive presence and decisive stakeholder governance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Management & Advisory

- Act as a Trusted Talent Advisor: Partner closely with Technology and Product leadership to translate multi-quarter product roadmaps into structured capacity models and actionable hiring plans.
- Lead Requisition Kickoffs & Calibration: Facilitate structured intake sessions and drive alignment on evaluation criteria before roles go live.
- Governance & Business Reviews: Host recurring Weekly Business Reviews and operational hiring updates with functional leaders, using data to highlight pipeline health, interview velocity, and risk bottlenecks.
- Executive Presence: Confidently challenge assumptions, calibrate hiring managers on market realities, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks, and steer consensus among senior interview panels.

End-to-End Recruitment Execution & Velocity

- Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for mid-to-senior roles.
- SLA & TAT Governance: Champion tight operational rigor, maintaining a 24 hour TAT on candidate and agency feedback,



and ensuring seamless velocity across all evaluation stages.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build sustainable, diverse, and direct talent pipelines via proactive market mapping, headhunting, tech community engagement, and referral networks.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Orchestrate external recruitment agency partners and specialized search firms, ensuring strict alignment with brand standards, candidate quality bars, and engagement SLAs.

Analytics & Process Optimization

- Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report critical TA metrics—including Funnel Conversion Rates, Time-to-Fill, Source Mix, Offer Acceptance Rates, and Diversity Ratios—to continuously optimize recruitment throughput.
- Offer Closing & Negotiation: Direct high-touch offer negotiations, equity/incentive structuring, and pre-boarding engagement to consistently drive industry-leading offer-acceptance rates.

Candidate Qualifications & Competencies

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of dedicated end-to-end talent acquisition experience, with proven depth in high-growth technology and product-driven organizations.
- Domain Mastery: Proven track record of closing high-impact technical (Software Engineering, Platform/Infrastructure, Data Engineering) and Product Management roles across diverse talent markets.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; proven capability to articulate market insights and influence senior executives with poise and data-backed rationale.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across matrixed organizations, manage conflicting priorities, and establish rigorous accountability across hiring teams.
- AI: ability to use AI for recruiting purposes.
