Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operational activities across the hospital premises. The candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, security guards, GDA/HK supervisors, and maintenance activities, conducting regular rounds, identifying issues, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

An Ex-Serviceman with good leadership, discipline, and manpower-handling skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Staff & Manpower Supervision

- Supervise and coordinate the work of drivers, security guards, GDA/HK supervisors, and other support staff.
- Ensure proper deployment of staff according to duty schedules.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and grooming of support staff.
- Ensure staff report on time and remain at their assigned locations.
- Coordinate with respective supervisors and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Address routine staff-related issues and escalate major concerns to management/HR.

1. Security & Safety Supervision

- Regularly monitor the performance and deployment of security guards.
- Conduct rounds of the main gate, emergency area, parking, basement, patient areas, and other important locations.
- Ensure proper visitor, vehicle, and material movement control.
- Monitor security-related incidents and immediately report any serious issue to management.
- Ensure security staff remain alert and follow hospital security protocols.

1. Driver & Ambulance Supervision

- Monitor the attendance, availability, and discipline of hospital drivers.
- Ensure ambulances and hospital vehicles are available and ready when required.
- Check vehicle cleanliness, fuel availability, basic condition,



and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain coordination with drivers for patient transportation and emergency requirements.
- Report vehicle-related issues and ensure timely follow-up with the maintenance team.

1. GDA & Housekeeping Supervision

- Coordinate with GDA/HK supervisors to ensure proper cleanliness and support services throughout the hospital.
- Conduct regular rounds to check cleanliness, hygiene, washrooms, corridors, patient areas, common areas, parking, and hospital premises.
- Identify housekeeping/GDA-related deficiencies and ensure corrective action.
- Monitor whether assigned staff are working as per their designated areas and duties.
- Take regular updates from GDA/HK supervisors regarding pending and completed work.

1. Maintenance & Premises Rounds

- Conduct regular rounds of the entire hospital premises.
- Check for issues related to electrical, plumbing, AC, civil work, lighting, lifts, water supply, equipment, infrastructure, etc.
- Identify maintenance requirements and immediately inform/coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Follow up on pending maintenance complaints until completion.
- Maintain a daily record of major observations, complaints, and actions taken.
- Ensure hospital premises are safe, functional, clean, and properly maintained.

1. Daily Operations Monitoring

- Take regular updates from all concerned supervisors regarding the status of their work.
- Conduct morning/evening rounds and check overall hospital operations.
- Identify operational gaps and ensure timely corrective action.




- Coordinate between departments for smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Report important issues, incidents, shortages, and pending work to the Administration/Management.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline.

Reporting The Senior Supervisor will regularly report to the Hospital Administration / Operations Head / Management regarding:

- Staff attendance and discipline
- Security status
- Driver/ambulance availability
- GDA/HK work status
- Maintenance issues
- Hospital premises observations
- Pending and completed work
- Any incident or operational concern

Candidate Requirements
- Ex-Serviceman preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supervision, security, hospital operations, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong manpower-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and handle staff firmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of hospital premises, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and transport operations will be an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable conducting regular rounds.
- Should be capable of handling emergency situations calmly and responsibly.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records is preferred.

Working Requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
