- Handle daily material inward and outward activities.

- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / Tally / Excel.

- Ensure proper storage and identification of electronic components and materials.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for material movement.

- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved requirements.

- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers.

- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about shortages.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts Departments.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the store.

- Ensure secure handling and storage of electronic components.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
