Position: Satellite Manager (STM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor multiple stores operations.
- Supervise store staff and ensure adequate manpower availability.
- Monitor inventory, stock inwarding, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and delivery.
- Track store performance and achieve operational targets.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and other teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, grocery, or quick-commerce operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
