We are looking for an experienced skilled with a strong background in International Pharmaceutical Sourcing, Finished Formulation Procurement and Contract Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with pharmaceutical merchant exporters, international pharma sourcing companies or third-party manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, evaluate and develop pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers for international markets.
2. Handle procurement and sourcing of finished pharmaceutical formulations across all dosage forms.
3. Develop and maintain a strong network of manufacturers having EU-approved and PIC/S-approved manufacturing facilities.
4. Identify manufacturers with country-specific regulatory approvals and export capabilities.
5.



Handle sourcing and procurement of vaccines and pharmaceutical APIs.
6. Coordinate with manufacturers for product availability, technical documentation, regulatory requirements and commercial negotiations.
7. Prepare and evaluate cost sheets, including CC/PC and product costing.
8. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions and supply agreements.
9. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Business Development and other internal departments for product sourcing requirements.
10. Develop new supplier relationships and maintain existing manufacturer networks.
