We are hiring for Senior Software Engineer.

Mandatory Skills

Location- Bangalore

- Strong experience in SQL Server Database Development.
- Second Preference database expertise in PostgreSQL or Database Administration (DBA) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in L2 and L3 Production Support, including on-call support responsibility.
- Experience in .NET Development, with strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution capabilities.
- Solid backend development background with database-centric application development.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performing .NET backend and SQL Server solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of production database performance and proactively identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues across .NET applications, Entity Framework/Core, LINQ,ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Develop and optimize data-access solutions, queries, stored procedures, indexes, and database structures to improve performance and scalability.
- Build monitoring, observability,



and alerting solutions that detect performance degradation before customers are impacted.
- Partner with engineering teams to review database designs and ensure solutions meet performance,scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Participate in a rotational on-call model to support production incidents and performance-related issues when required.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework/Core, LINQ, and ADO.NET.
- Strong SQL Server performance tuning experience, including query optimization, execution plans, indexing, and database design.
- Experience troubleshooting production performance issues across application and database layers.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance analysis tools.
