Role Description The Senior Software Engineer role at Creators Mind™ is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and core application features that power our educator and creator platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, reviewing code from team members, optimizing system performance, integrating third-party services, and ensuring system reliability and security.

Engineer will collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions,



and mentor junior engineers. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, improving development workflows, and participating in regular planning and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-scale applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in modern software architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern programming languages (such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and version control systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and security best practices is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, mentor others, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Prior experience in edtech or creator-focused platforms is a plus.
