- Strong hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
- Expertise in CSW, EAI, EIM, Siebel Workflows and eScript.
- Proficiency in Siebel Tools/Web Tools and Business Services.
- Experience with SOAP/REST integrations, XML, JSON and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Knowledge of IFB configuration, data migration and production support.
Positive to Have: Siebel IP20.x+, Telecom CRM, Order Management and Open UI experience.
