- Key Responsibilities:
- - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.

- - Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable silver jewellery products.

- - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.

- - Drive upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.

- - Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

- - Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.

- - Support store operations including billing, stock management, and inventory control.

- - Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

- - Guide and support junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

- - Experience in POS/billing systems and basic inventory processes.

- - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and festive days.
