Salary: Up to 4.3 LPA (Depending on Experience and Current CTC)

Moneyboxx Finance Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Relationship Manager (RM), Senior Relationship Manager (SRM), and Sales Manager (SM) for its Mandya .

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and source customers for unsecured loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.




- Ensure proper collection of customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in unsecured loan sales.
- Experience in personal loans, business loans, or other unsecured lending products will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a field-sales environment.
- Candidates currently working in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions are preferred.

Job Location
- Mandya, Karnataka

Compensation Up to 4.3 LPA, based on relevant experience and current compensation.
