URGENT HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROJECT COORDINATOR

Immediate Joiners Required

Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Turnkey Construction Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimates.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Handle material estimation, rate analysis, and costing.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Manage project schedules, documentation, and work updates.
- Handle client coordination and vendor follow-ups.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, and cost control.
- Prepare progress reports and project status updates.
- Coordinate material procurement and site requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.




- Must have hands-on experience in turnkey construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ, estimation, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
