Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable backend services, taking full ownership of complex API integrations and system architectures.

As we continue to innovate, a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts will help you bridge the gap between our core applications and intelligent services. Prior experience building secure, high-throughput Fintech solutions is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high- performance backend systems using modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

API Integration & Architecture:



Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Integrate complex, high-reliability third-party services, webhooks, and payment gateways.

AI/ML Collaboration: Collaborate with data science and AI teams to implement, deploy, and maintain intelligence layers, model endpoints, and automated workflows.

Database Management: Optimize queries and design scalable system schemas across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, production-ready, testable code. Participate in critical design and code reviews while mentoring mid-level engineers.

DevOps & Cloud Ecosystems: Work tightly with engineering teams to deploy microservices within containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
