Role : Senior Project Manager

At BelleVie, technology is at the core of everything we build. We are looking for a highly talented Senior Project Manager having expertise in defining and executing project roadmap from initial scoping to release including documentation of requirements, resource allocation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and driving business growth through innovation and continuous improvements.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap through planning, execution, delivery, launch, and ongoing support.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, conducting research and analysis to translate them into actionable project requirements.





Break down project requirements into detailed tasks and timelines for sprint planning, ensuring transparent communication of deliverables across teams.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among business, design, development, QA, implementation, and support teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project goals.

Define and document success criteria for project milestones, testing phases, and final acceptance.

Monitor & track project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous improvement and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Own and manage the project backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business impact, resource availability, and technical dependencies.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project execution and contribute to strategic decision-making

Required ::

Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.

Proven 6+ years of experience as Project Manager and strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies and best practices to drive high-impact results

Excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills

Excellent communication, analytical, multitasking & problem solving skills

Strong passion and focus on delivering the premium customer experience

Willingness to push yourself to learn new things and collaborate with team members
