- Design and develop architectural plans for high-rise residential buildings, commercial structures, hotels, and townships using Revit Architecture software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions for optimal project outcomes.
- Develop detailed designs that meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in architectural design with expertise in high-rise building construction.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture software for creating complex designs.
- Robust understanding of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail units, and hospitality facilities (hotels).
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
