Location: Baner, Pune Experience: 3–6 Years Department: Product Design Reporting to: Operations Specialist  Job Summary To take complete handover from the client-facing Design Team and convert approved 3D designs, measurements and project documents into accurate and detailed 2D production drawings, ensuring all drawings are technically correct, complete and ready for execution.  Key Responsibilities 1.

Design

Handover &

• Documentation  Take complete handover of projects from the Design Team along with approved 3D designs, measurements, scope and other relevant documents.  Verify that all required drawings, specifications and supporting documents are available before starting 2D work.  Identify missing or unclear information and coordinate with the Design Team for necessary clarification.

- Measurement &
- Site Coordination  Review site measurements received from the Design/Site Team and verify their accuracy against the drawings.  Assist with site visits and final measurements whenever technical clarification or verification is required.  Identify differences between drawings and actual site conditions and communicate them to the concerned team. 3. 2D Drawing &
- Technical Drafting  Prepare accurate 2D drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms and other interior solutions.  Convert approved designs and project requirements into detailed production-ready drawings.  Ensure drawings are prepared as per the approved scope, measurements, specifications and required standards. 4.

• Quality Control  Thoroughly check dimensions, levels, layouts, materials, fittings and other technical details before finalization.  Identify and rectify errors, mismatches or omissions in drawings before they are released for production/execution.  Ensure the final drawings are clear, accurate and practical for the Production and Installation Teams.

Technical Coordination  Coordinate with the Design Team to resolve design-related queries and ensure proper transfer of project information.  Coordinate with Operations/Site Teams regarding measurements, site conditions and technical requirements.  Incorporate approved changes and prepare revised drawings within the required timelines. 6. Production Documentation & BOQ Support  Prepare and maintain required production drawings, work orders and project documentation.  Assist in preparing BOQs and material-related details based on approved designs and drawings.  Ensure the Production Team receives the latest and approved set of drawings and documents. 7. Finalization & Approval  Present and finalize 2D drawings, measurements and supporting documents with the Reporting Manager.  Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions before final approval.  Maintain proper version control to ensure only approved drawings are used for production and execution. 8. Reporting & Continuous Improvement  Prepare MIS/progress reports related to assigned projects and drawing status.  Communicate project status, pending information and technical issues to the Reporting Manager.  Research and suggest improvements or recent product/design solutions that can support production efficiency and project execution.  Required Skills & Qualifications  3–6 years of experience in production design, technical drafting, interior design or modular furniture design.  Experience in preparing 2D production drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes and residential interiors is preferred.  Practical experience coordinating with Design, Production and Site/Operations teams will be an advantage.  Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.  Candidates with a relevant technical drafting qualification may also be considered.  Certification or formal training in CAD/CADD and relevant design software is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
