Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with hands-on experience in the manufacturing of doors and windows. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, optimizing manufacturing processes, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet production targets.

2. Manage manufacturing processes for doors and windows.

3. Supervise shop-floor operations, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.

4. Ensure proper fabrication, cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, and finishing activities.

5. Monitor production quality and minimize material wastage and rejection.

6. Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Design departments.

Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

8. Maintain production reports, material consumption records, and daily output reports.

9. Ensure adherence to safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

10. Troubleshoot production-related issues and ensure timely dispatch of finished products.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in doors and windows manufacturing.

- Knowledge of fabrication, cutting, assembly, and installation processes.

- Experience in production planning and shop-floor management.

- Knowledge of machinery, tools, and manufacturing techniques.

- Robust team management and problem-solving skills.
