Senior Process Engineer with 6-10 years of experience

- Engineer proficient in Basic & Detail engineering activities like process flow diagram, heat & mass balance, piping & instrumentation diagram, line sizing & pressure drop calculations, equipment design, cause & effect, MSD, flare load thermal calculation for heat exchangers, Vessel Sizing, PSV calculation, operating & control philosophy, Control Valve sizing, Process Data sheet, equipment datasheet,
- Knowledge of various safety review HAZOP, SIL, QRA, HAZID, ENVID, PSSR
- Software Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, HYSYS
- Obtain/assimilate relevant design input from Lead Engineer and others in Project and incorporate in the deliverables.
- Ensure preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes & Standards.
- Ensure prompt Coordination with the other Engineering disciplines.
- Vendor interactions.
- Ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents / drawings before release at any Revision status.
- Assist lead in work planning,



progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents.
- Assist Lead Engineer in all departmental functions.
- Incorporate EHS principles into engineering design and processes.
- Lead efforts to ensure a safe working workplace for engineering teams.
- Conduct thorough EHS risk assessments for engineering projects.
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide EHS training to engineering staff.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with EHS policies, fostering a safety-conscious culture.
- Review of critical systems with Lead Engineer and perform necessary steps to produce quality product.
