We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant Upstream Oil & Gas Digital Transformation with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas Upstream sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting, business transformation, business development and leadership experience, driving large-scale transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programs within the Oil & Gas Upstream industry.
- Drive business development, sales pursuits, account growth and strategic client relationships.
- Lead proposal development, deal shaping and client presentations to secure consulting engagements.
- Partner with CXOs and senior client executives to define transformation strategies and business value realization plans.
- Lead consulting engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.





Required Skills & Experience

- Strong domain expertise across one or more Upstream areas such as Exploration, Drilling, Production, Reservoir Engineering, Well Engineering or Asset Management.
- Business and IT consulting experience with major/global consulting firms.
- Proven experience in large-scale business transformation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record in business development, sales pursuits, proposal development and account growth.
- Robust client-facing experience with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Consulting engagement leadership, global team management and delivery oversight.
- Experience in strategy, business process transformation, operating model design and process optimization.
- Digital technologies exposure: AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, BI, RPA, Big Data, IoT and Cloud.
