Role Description The Senior Pre Sales CyberSecurity role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves engaging with prospective learners and corporate clients to understand their cybersecurity training needs, presenting tailored program offerings, and demonstrating the value of Cyberentityz™ courses and labs.

Daily responsibilities include conducting product demos, delivering technical and non-technical presentations, preparing proposals, and supporting sales closures in collaboration with the sales team. The individual will coordinate closely with training and technical teams to align client requirements with appropriate curricula and certification paths.



Additional tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that drive enrollment and corporate partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, listening, and the ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
- Customer Service and client relationship skills to manage inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience for learners and corporate partners.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive pre-sales activities, qualify leads, support deal closures, and collaborate on revenue growth plans.
- Training and mentoring skills to conduct pre-sales workshops, info sessions, and basic technical overviews aligned with Cyberentityz™ offerings.
- Understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., ethical hacking, network security, information security frameworks) and familiarity with certification tracks such as CEH, CISSP, or similar.
- Experience in pre-sales, business development, or education services, preferably in IT or cybersecurity training.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, manage multiple opportunities concurrently, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
- Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or an equivalent field; professional certifications in cybersecurity are an advantage.
