Job Summary: Vikash Residential School and Vikash Eco Resort Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our paid digital advertising campaigns to drive student acquisition, generate high-quality leads, and maximise return on investment (ROI).

This role requires hands-on expertise in managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a robust focus on data-driven decision-making.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Allocate, manage, and optimise the digital marketing budget across various platforms to achieve key performance targets efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to target relevant demographics and interests, particularly within the education sector.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics (CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate),



and provide regular, insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Focus on driving qualified leads for our educational programmes and services, ensuring a healthy pipeline for the admissions team.
- Explore and test new and emerging digital advertising platforms to diversify our marketing channels and reach a wider audience.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that are optimised for conversion.

Relevant Work Experience:

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
- Must have handled INR 30-40 Lakhs of Digital Ad Budget yearly with prover ROI and results.
- Prior experience managing performance marketing campaigns for an organisation in the education sector (e.g., EdTech, K-12 schools, higher education, or coaching institutes) is a significant advantage.

Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms is an added plus. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
