Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketer to lead digital advertising campaigns, drive quality lead generation, optimise marketing budgets, and improve overall campaign performance. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to achieve business growth and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyse campaign performance, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and other key metrics.
- Monitor and improve lead quality and conversion performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences.
- Develop retargeting strategies and audience segmentation.
- Coordinate with content, graphic design, and sales teams to improve campaign results.




- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Identify new advertising opportunities and implement strategies to increase enrollments.
- Lead and guide the performance marketing team, where applicable.

Required Skills
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Excellent knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets.
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation and marketing funnels.
- Strong communication and team management skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be an added advantage.
