Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain PEGA applications, case management solutions, and complex workflows.

2. Implement business process automation, approval workflows, and routing mechanisms.

3. Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs and enterprise services.

4. Manage document integrations with Stellent / Oracle WebCenter Content, including PDF generation, document processing, and archival workflows.

5. Handle production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

6. Manage deployments using PEGA Deployment Manager and support CI/CD and release management activities.

7. Drive technical design, effort estimation, solution implementation, and end-to-end feature delivery.

Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure smooth application delivery.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in PEGA application development.

- PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) certification preferred.

- Expertise in case management and workflow automation.

- REST API and enterprise integration experience.

- Stellent / Oracle WebCenter Content integration.

- PDF generation and document archival.

- Production support and troubleshooting.

- PEGA Deployment Manager and CI/CD.
