Services to be Performed

- Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
- Platform Monitoring and optimization
- Configure resources, settings on newly installed services
- Configure file systems and necessary packages to support Microsoft Fabric
- Install and configure server, agents, Fabric workspace, lakehouse, and pipelines
- Resolve service health issues, tune server level settings for optimum performance
- Platform team does smoke test of all the deployed services to ensure cluster is fully up and functional
- Manage Migration between the environments
- Manage job failures due to memory, space, bad data, code issue etc.
