Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents and service disruptions.
- Monitor and maintain network stability, performance, and uptime.
- Handle escalated customer and technical support cases.




- Implement network changes and support infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with global engineering and operations teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive solutions.

Work Environment 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Night Shifts (WFH)

Day Shifts (Work from Office)

Important Screening Criteria

Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Experience in ISP, Data Center, Cloud, or Network Operations environments.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced NOC workplace.
