Key Responsibilities
- Own monetization strategy and revenue performance.
- Drive LiveOps, events, offers, and in-game campaigns.
- Analyze user funnels, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Run experiments to improve engagement and monetization.
- Partner with product teams to drive growth.
- Own revenue forecasting, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2C monetization or revenue operations.
- Robust analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently own business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Gaming, social, or entertainment experience is a plus
