About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior MIS Executive to join our DTH team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational efficiency within the DTH department. This role requires strong proficiency in excel, reporting tools, and a valuable understanding of the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards & reports for the department.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, returns, inventory, fulfilment rate, etc.

- Generate actionable insights using data analysis to improve performance and drive growth.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Logistics, Finance etc. to collect and validate data.

- Maintain and automate reports using excel and similar tools.





- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis, preferably in the retail sector.

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) are a must.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

- Monday Friday: Work from Office (Powai)

- 1st Saturday: Work from Home

- Last Saturday: Work from Office

- Other Saturdays & Sundays: Off
