We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand development and customer acquisition across our hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple hospitality brands.
- Build brand positioning, communication and storytelling.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, restaurant footfall and resort bookings.
- Lead social media, content strategy and promotional campaigns.




- Manage advertising budgets, agencies, freelancers and creative teams.
- Develop partnerships, influencer collaborations and PR initiatives.
- Track marketing performance, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work closely with property teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel or consumer brands.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing, branding and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects independently.
- Hands-on, growth-oriented approach with a focus on measurable business results.
