Qualification: MBA-Marketing/B.E-Chemical/M.Sc/B.sc

Experience: 10+ years

Reporting to : Assistant Vice President - Marketing .

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and develop new customers for Bromine Chemistry, Lithium Salts & Custom Synthesis Manufacturing (CSM) in Domestic and International markets.
- Key Account Management: Manage existing key accounts - ensure customer retention, growth in wallet share, handle commercial negotiations, contracts and pricing.
- Sales Operations: Achieve monthly/annual sales targets, manage order execution, coordinate with SCM, Production & QC for on-time delivery (OTIF).




- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing and regulatory changes in Pharma/Agro intermediates segment.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with R&D; for new product development and with Finance for receivables and credit management.
- Exhibitions & Customer Visits : Represent Neogen in domestic/international exhibitions (CPhI etc.), customer audits and business review meetings.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain sales data in SAP/CRM, prepare MIS, monthly forecasts and sales review presentations for management.
- Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection, control overdue and maintain healthy DSO as per company policy.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation for exports, customer NDAs, quality agreements and compliance with ISO/EHS requirements.
- Team Leadership: Guide junior team members / sales coordinators and drive a performance-oriented culture within the team.
