We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Quality In-charge to independently manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department of our welded pipe manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage all welding quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Possess strong practical knowledge of NDT methods, particularly Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
- Interpret and evaluate radiographic films/images and prepare NDT reports.
- Develop and implement WPS, PQR, WPQ, QAP and ITP documentation.
- Independently lead and coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) conducted by agencies appointed by clients.
- Handle client inspections, quality audits, technical queries and inspection clearances.
- Supervise hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspections and final product inspections.
- Maintain material traceability, MTCs, inspection records and final quality dossiers.




- Ensure compliance with applicable ASTM, ASME, API and other relevant manufacturing standards.

Essential Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8–15 years of relevant industrial experience.
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification preferred.
- ASNT Level II / ISO 9712 certification in RT is mandatory.
- Practical experience in UT, MT and PT.
- Solid experience in welded pipe manufacturing.
- Proven ability to independently handle client-appointed TPI inspections.

Important: We are specifically looking for an individual who can independently take ownership of the entire quality department, from raw material inspection to final product clearance and dispatch. Candidates with relevant welded pipe manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
