Certified in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or COPC with a deep understanding of FMEA and QMS frameworks.

Education and Certification: Any Graduates

Detailed Deep experience in Retention Marketing or Account Management within a high-churn workplace.

Deploy and oversee Speech Analytics and NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools to monitor real-time customer sentiment

Calibrate AI models to recognize nuances specific to Ad Sales (e.g., budget sensitivity, ROI concerns, and platform technicalities).
