a. Need a senior individual contributor profile with around 12+ years of PO/PM (product mgr) experience in payer domain who can manage multiple workstreams/portfolios, like Claims, Enrolment, Providers, Appeals and Grievances, Contact center etc.

b. Owing to extensive functional experience, the resource will be auditing and suggesting updates to user stories based off 1 liner BRDs. Hence a solid and broad healthcare experience (Across multiple functional domains mentioned above) is mandatory.

- Be the offshore BA/PO POC for onsite counterpart:

a. identify dependencies and blockers,

b. coordinate individual portfolio BAs,

c. attend daily status and triage calls,

d. support overall requirement readiness for each portfolio.

- Actual hands-on experience on promoting JIRA governance (/hygiene) including the use of JQL queries. He/she should be able to identify and track relevant metrics for reporting project status to client.
- Proficient in using Rovo and Co-pilot in order to leverage their usage for the above points.
